Job Description :We are seeking a dedicated staff to join our team as a Condominium Block Cleaner. As a Block Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and providing a pleasant environment for residents within the condominium premises
Job Scope :
-Sweeping and mopping of blocks to ensure cleanliness
-Cleaning and wiping of security counter
-Sweeping and mopping of building floor areas such as lift and lift lobbies
-Wiping of lift panels, glass panels and letterboxes and ensure they are free of dirt and grime
-Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage
-Informing any matters/feedback to the supervisor when necessary
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements :
-Able to work OT hours, including weekends and public holiday
-Willing to work as a team
